The reformer can help correct postural imbalances and target weaknesses, transforming how you move, look and feel. Replacing some 27 pieces of gym equipment a workout can be as quick as 20 minutes. The reformer can also be folded in seconds for storage and has wheels for moving it.

This reformer features the Cardio Rebounder - a vertical trampoline providing a cardiovascular workout without jarring your joints; and a foot bar for performing traditional Pilates exercises. Features patented Cardio Rebounder - a vertical trampoline for ultra-low impact cardio.
