Made with body-safe silicone, the tapered shape of this three-piece set is ergonomically designed for comfort. To strengthen the muscles around the vagina, start by using the 40g weight, progressively working towards the heavier weights.
For the best experience, apply a My Viv lubricant to the weight before slowly inserting into the vagina.
Important note to all mama's - it’s recommended that you refrain from having penetrative sex or penetrative solo play until you have had your 6 weeks post-partum check-up.
