Before the age of one, babies do not produce enough melanin to protect them from the sun’s UV rays. So when you go out, it’s essential to protect your little one with high protection sun cream, sunglasses, a hat, an anti-UV play area... So your baby can explore the world around them in complete safety, whether on the beach, in the park or even in the mountains.

The Marinière anti-UV play area protects your baby not only from the sun’s rays but also from wind and sand. With its high protection (SPF 50+), it blocks up to 99% of harmful rays (UVA and UVB). The tent is easy to assemble and store away thanks to its pop-up system, and is big enough for 2 children.

This play area has more than one trick up its sleeve. It has a large opening at the front and two windows with flaps at the back for optimal ventilation. The mosquito net can be zipped shut by an adult and its fine mesh protects your baby from insects during the summer.

The ground surface is water-repellent in case of any little accidents. This beach tent comes with 3 pegs for greater stability on the ground. It is light (<1 kg) and folds away easily in its carry bag.  Not intended for infant sleep.

CAUTION
Adult assembly required. The spring steel frame can pop open with some force, children should
not be allowed to fold or unfold this product without adult supervision.
• Always return the folded tent to its carry bag when not in use.
• Tent should not be used to provide shelter during a thunderstorm.
• This product should be used on level ground and clear of obstructions, e.g. Stone and
sharp objects.
• Do not place heavy objects on this product.
• Please discard this product immediately if the internal spring steel frame breaks or becomes bent.
• Remove all packaging before giving to a child.
• Never leave an infant alone without the supervision of an adult, even for a short moment.
• Do not leave the anti-UV radiation tent in full sun, and avoid the hottest hours of the day, between
midday and 4 in the afternoon. Avoid leaving your child too long in the anti-UV Radiation tent
in full sun because although the tent protects against the sun’s rays, it provides no protection
against the heat.
• To protect your child properly, remember to give regular drinks, to apply baby sun tan cream, and
to dress your child in a T-shirt, shorts and sun hat.
• Never leave an infant more than three quarters of an hour inside the baby anti-UV radiation tent
without a break.
• Keep all flame and heat sources away from this tent fabric. The tent is made with flame resistant
fabric. It is not fireproof. The fabric will burn if left in continuous contact with any flame source.
• The following recommendations must be mentioned to prevent the risk of hyperthermia:
- monitor the vehicle’s temperature,
- do not cover the child too much.
• ATTENTION! Keep away from open flames.
• ATTENTION! This product does not protect your child from sunstroke or sunburn.
