- 1 egg
- vegetable oil
- 15ml Baileys Original Irish Cream.

How to use
Recipe Instructions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees c, brush the baking tray with vegetable oil.
2. Combine the Brownie Mix, Butter, Egg amd Baileys in a bowl and blend the mixture until smooth.
3. Pour the Brownie Mix onto the tray and smooth it out (pecan pieces and chocolate chips can be added as a topping if preferred).
4. Put the tray into the pre-heated oven, bake 15-20 minutes.
5. Take the tray out of the oven using a heat proof oven mitt and allow it to cool.
6. Once cooled, cut and serve with ice cream.
