Pop it behind your back, lay it across your stomach, or use it as a foot mat for immediate heat that will warm you quickly. Using just 100 watts per hour on the highest setting, this low-energy electric heat pad offers the comfort of a hot water bottle yet more efficient and comfortable to use.

How to use
Simple and easy to use.
Ensure that the cable is connected fully and securely into the connection unit on the heat pad.
Plug into a standard mains socket.
Set your preferred temperature on the controller and let the product heat up.
For a quick heat up, set the controller to heat setting 3.

Do not bend or ruck in usage or in storage.
Remove the controller before washing.
Do not bend whilst drying.
