Inulin is non-digestible, so it passes through the digestive system where it is fermented and helps to nourish the microflora that populate the gut. It contributes to normal bowel function and promotes digestive health. Bioglan Inulin powder can be easily incorporated into your diet without any fuss, by dissolving in a drink or adding into the foods you enjoy. It is also a great sugar substitute. Give your digestive system the fibre boost it needs and feel good from the inside out with Bioglan Inulin.
How to use
Add 4.5g of inulin powder (1 1/2 teaspoons approximately) to water, juice, smoothies, cereal, baking or other foods you enjoy, 3 times daily.
