Boots Expert Chlorhexidine Dental Tape has an antibacterial ingredient and will help reduce plaque and harmful oral bacteria, which often builds up in the gum pockets between your teeth. A beautifully soft, waxed dental tape which glides easily between the teeth for your added comfort, particularly important if gums are already inflamed or bleeding - a possible sign of bacterial build up. Regular use will help maintain healthy gums. With an added minty flavouring to provide a fresh mouth feeling.

How to use

Break off around 40cm of tape.

Wind around the middle fingers on both hands, leaving 8-10cm between.

Gently guide the tap between your teeth and run carefully up and down exerting pressure on each side of the tooth.

Floss to just below the gum line and use a clean section of tape each time.

It is common for your gums to bleed when you first start to floss. If it continues you may have early signs of gum disease and should consult your dentist.

Remember to visit your dentist every 6 months.
