With ergonomic grip for multi-directional massage, our all-new Boots Handheld Hot & Cold Massage Ball combines deep tissue massage with hot and/or cold therapy. It can be used hot to soothe & loosen aching muscles and cold to reduce soreness and muscle fatigue.

How to use

To use hot:

Remove the ball from the holder by twisting the upper plastic ring anti-clockwise. Carefully place the ball in a bowl of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Keep the handle away from the water. Do not heat in the microwave or direct heat (stove/oven/open flame) Place the hot roller in the open air until it cools to the required temperature. Place the ball back into the holder and twist to secure. Massage the affected area. Wash with soap & water, or wipe with alcohol once a week.

To use cold:

Place your roller in the fridge 2 hours before use. Place the ball back into the holder and twist to secure. Massage the affected area. Wash with soap & water or wipe clean with alcohol once a week.
