Our Dental Floss will remove plaque and food particles from between your teeth and gum line, especially where there are narrower gaps, which if left can cause bad breath and gum disease. Leaving you and your teeth healthy and smiling.

How to use

To open: Place thumb on front centre of pack immediately below the lip of the lid. Press down firmly and flip the lid upwards.

Break off around 40 cm of floss.

Wind around the middle fingers of both hands, leaving 8 cm in between.

Gently guide the floss between your teeth and run carefully up and down, to just below the gum line.

Use a clean section of floss each time.

Three easy steps, to healthy teeth & gums:â¯â¯â¯

1â¯Brush well with a fluoride toothpaste, at least twice a day, for two minutes.â¯â¯

2â¯Clean between your teeth with interdental brushes or dental floss/tape at least once a day.â¯â¯â¯

3â¯Freshen and protect your mouth with mouthwash at other times of the day.â¯â¯

Don’t forget to visit your dentist every 6 months.â¯â¯

Hazards and Cautions

It is common for your gums to bleed when you first start to floss. If it continues you may have gum disease and should consult your dentist.
