Splayed bristles can damage gums. Change your toothbrush at least every three months to avoid gum damage.

For the confidence of healthy gums and teeth, Boots dental experts recommend you follow these three steps:

  • Brush well with flouride toothpaste at least twice a day for two minutes.

  • Clean between your teeth with floss or dental tape.

  • Freshen and protect your mouth with mouthwash.
