How to use

Pillow Mist - Just before bed, spray a fine mist onto your pillow. Lay back and breathe in to prepare for a peaceful night's sleep.

Massage Oil - After bathing, warm oil between your palms and gently massage it into the skin for a relaxing pre-bedtime treat.

Roller Ball - Roll onto temples, wrists, or behind ears to activate the soothing blend. Use before sleep or as part of your nighttime ritual.
