Give the gift of helping others this festive season…

Here at Boots, we’re committed to supporting others, and while it’s important to think of those in need all year round, Christmastime in particular is all about giving.

So, why not give the gift of helping others this Christmas? A charity donation on behalf of a loved one, no matter how big or small, could help make someone’s festive season a little brighter this year.

Whether you’re helping a young person work towards a better future or supporting those living with cancer, choose from a range of great charities to donate to this Christmas.

The Prince’s Trust

Every young person should have the chance to succeed. The Prince’s Trust is committed to helping those aged between 11 and 30 develop the skills and confidence they need to find a job or start a business, regardless of their background.

Since the start of our five-year partnership with The Prince’s Trust, we’ve donated over £3 million, which has enabled them to transform the lives of thousands of young people across the UK.

For gifts that keep on giving

100% of your donation will go to The Prince’s Trust, to help give young people the opportunity to create a better future through employment, education and enterprise.

Macmillan Cancer Support

In the UK alone, there are approximately three million people living with cancer. Macmillan Cancer Support wants to give everyone, everywhere the cancer information and support they need, from the moment of diagnosis, through to treatment and beyond.

We’re proud to say that, so far, we’ve raised over £21 million for Macmillan Cancer Support, which has gone towards supporting those affected by cancer on every step of their journey.

For presents with a purpose

100% of your donation will go to Macmillan Cancer Support, helping to do what it takes to support people living with cancer.

The Hygiene Bank

Currently, around 4.2 million adults in the UK are living in hygiene poverty. ‘Hygiene poverty’ means those affected are unable to afford the everyday essentials that most of us take for granted, such as shampoo, deodorant or toothpaste.

Being clean shouldn’t be a luxury, and The Hygiene Bank is on a mission to tackle hygiene poverty. Since joining forces in 2020, Boots and The Hygiene Bank have donated over 1.5 million products to help those in need around the country.

For donations that make a difference

100% of your donation will go to The Hygiene Bank, helping to provide essential hygiene products (like shampoo, deodorant and toothbrushes) to people across the UK. Let’s join forces to tackle hygiene poverty.

So, no matter which charity you choose, for as little as £3 you can give a thoughtful gift that will really make a difference to someone this Christmas.
