It’s a baby milk suitable from birth as a sole source of nutrition and it is suitable for combination and bottle-fed babies. Containing DHA (Omega-3) and no palm oil, Cow & Gate First Infant Milk comes in a ready to feed format, in a 1-litre bottle. To prepare, you shake the bottle then pour the required amount into a sterilized feeding bottle and serve either at room temperature or warmed if desired. How to use
To Serve
Preparing the feed. Please follow these instructions carefully. Failure to follow instructions may make your baby ill. Wash hands and sterilise all utensils according to manufacturers' instructions. Shake the bottle of Cow & Gate infant milk before opening. Using the feeding guide, pour the required amount of infant milk into a sterilised feeding bottle. Cow & Gate first milk can be given at room temperature, or warmed if desired. If warmed, check temperature of feed. For hygiene reasons, discard unfinished milk in the feeding bottle as soon as possible, and always within 2 hours.
Ready to feed whenever your baby is. When you're out and about with your baby, Cow & Gate ready-made first infant milk makes feeding easier - simply pour straight into your baby's bottle. Comes in really handy 200 ml size too. Feeding instructions. Infants should be supervised at all times when feeding.
Storage
Once opened, unused infant milk in this 1 litre bottle must be refrigerated immediately and used within 24 hours.

When bottle feeding do not allow prolonged or frequent contact of milk feeds with your baby's teeth as this increases the risk of tooth decay. Ask your health professional or dentist for advice. make sure your baby's teeth are cleaned after the last feed at night. Never leave your baby alone during feeding. Do not heat feeds in a microwave. Hot spots may occur and cause scalding.
