How to use
Carefully tear open the pouch and using a mirror apply the long strip to your upper front teeth (gel side to teeth). Fold the excess part of the strip to the back of your teeth. Repeat with the smaller strip to your front bottom teeth. After 20-30 minutes carefully remove strips and immediately rinse mouth with water or brush away any access gel with toothbrush
Hazards and Cautions
Do not use whitening strips if suffering from dental ulcers, broken gums or after oral surgery. People with sensitive teeth should reduce the dosage or use under the guidance of dentist.
