Let's help you understand mental health
Mental health relates to how we think, feel and act and is as important as our physical health. Having good mental health is about feeling positive about ourselves and others, being able to form good relationships and feeling able to cope with life’s challenges and daily stresses. People who experience mental health problems may find it difficult to do this and may struggle to manage their thoughts, feelings and actions.
Mental health problems are common through all stages of life, and no one should feel like they have to cope with them alone. At Boots, we are here to support you with advice and services for mental health, whether it’s for you or someone else.
