How to use

Apply a generous amount from roots to ends on damp hair. Comb through the hair. Leave on for 1 minute, but no more than 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, shampoo and condition hair as usual. Use 1-3x per week as needed. For best results, follow with John Frieda Blonde+ Repair Shampoo & Conditioner.
