How to use
- STEP 1 - For a longer-lasting finish, etch Colour Elixir Lip Liner around the lip line and your cupid's bow.
- STEP 2 - Sweep on your favourite shade of Velvet Mattes Lipstick straight from the bullet or use a lip brush for precision application.
- STEP 3 - Blot lips with a tissue and repeat for a bold colour finish.
For a fuller lip look, outline your lips with a lip liner in a similar shade before applying lipstick. For a glossy pout, top with a clear or coloured lip gloss.
