How to use

DOSAGE
For oral use.
This medicine is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Constipation:
Adults, adolescents and the elderly:
1 sachet (=1 dose) dissolved in 125ml (1/4 pint) of water.
Take this 1-3 times per day according to the severity of your constipation.
Long-term use: 1 sachet dissolved in 125ml (1/4 pint) of water up to 2 times per day.
Faecal Impaction:
Adults, adolescents and the elderly:
8 sachets daily, all of which should be consumed within a 6 hour period.
Each sachet is dissolved in 125ml (1/4 pint) of water. (For convenience, 8 sachets can be dissolved in 1 litre of water to be taken within a 6-hour period.)
Treatment can be taken for up to 3 days.

Storage
Reconstituted solution: Store covered in a refrigerator (2ºC – 8ºC) for up to 6 hours.

- If laxatives are required daily or if you have persistent abdominal pain or change of bowel habits consult your doctor. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition are taking any other medication or complementary therapy or if symptoms persist
- Seek advice before using if you are planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding or suffer from allergies

Active Ingredients: Each sachet contains: Macrogol 3350 13.125g, Sodium Chloride 350.7mg, Sodium Bicarbonate 178.5mg, Potassium Chloride 46.6mg. On reconstitution in 125ml of water, each sachet provides: Sodium 65mmol/l, Chloride 53mmol/l, Bicarbonate 17 mmol/l, Potassium 5.4 mmol/l
