DOSAGE:
For oral use.
This medicine is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Constipation:
Adults, adolescents and elderly:
1 sachet (= 1 dose) dissolved in 125 ml (1/4 pint) of water.
Take this 1-3 times per day according to the severity of your constipation.
Adults, adolescents and elderly:

Long-term use: 1 sachet dissolved in 125 ml (1/4 pint) of water up to 2 times per day.
Faecal Impaction:
Adults, adolescents and elderly:
8 sachets daily, all of which should be consumed within a 6 hour period.
Each sachet is dissolved in 125 ml (1/4 pint) of water. (For convenience, 8 sachets can be dissolved in 1 litre of water to be taken within a 6-hour period.)
