How to use

Nourish your body and mind every morning with two tablespoons (20g) of MENO-BOOST: 
• Blend with 150-200ml of cold liquid - water, plant milk, fruit juice
• Add to your morning smoothie
• Mix into a breakfast bowl with yoghurt or milk.  
• For best results, use a blender or shaker.
