- Activate your test kit- visit the MyHealthChecked website
- Collect blood sample -Scan the QR code on your pack to watch our step-by-step video on how to perform your test or follow the Instructions For Use insert
- Post sample to laboratory - Using the prepaid postage bag enclosed in the kit
- Receive results - When your sample has been processed and reviewed by our doctor - usually within 48-72 hours - you’ll receive an email to say you can view your results in your dashboard
- Your report will include your results/readings and lifestyle or dietary advice. You may also be signposted to see a medical professional.
