4. Send your sample to our UK-based laboratory in the pre-paid envelope enclosed
5. Receive results – your results are reviewed by a Doctor and are shared, along with clear, practical advice, via our secure website platform within 48-72 hours
6. Take action – use your personalised results and advice to help reach your health goals. In some cases, it may be necessary to seek further medical evaluation and you will be given guidance if this is required.
