The First Choice+ Teats replicate a mother's nipple during breastfeeding. The extra soft tip easily takes on different shapes whilst also promoting the development of the mouth, lips and tongue. The orthodontic NUK shape, combined with the NUK First Choice extra wide lip support, makes it easier to alternate between breast and bottle feeding.
The improved Anti Colic Air System minimises infant colic caused by the harmful swallowing of air. How to use
Usage:
- Before first use place in boiling water for 5 minutes, use sufficient water to avoid damage. To ensure hygiene, clean thoroughly using mild washing up liquid and sterilise before every further use. We recommend to use the NUK Steriliser Vapo Rapid for sterilisation.
- Teats and bottles do not belong in the dishwasher - dishwasher detergents can cause material damage!
- When sterilising in a microwave oven use the NUK Microwave Steriliser only to avoid material damage (please follow the instruction manual of the steriliser!).
- Do not microwave bottles filled with feed or water (risk of explosion/ material damage). Uneven heating may result in scalding!
- Never heat closed bottles as they may explode!
- Please softly squeeze vent and drinking hole/ slit before each use to ensure that it is open.
- Prepare your baby's feed only in the quantities and concentrations recommended by the infant formula manufacturers.

- Always use this product with adult supervision.
- Never use feeding teats as a soother.
- Continuous and prolonged sucking of fluids will cause tooth decay.
- Always check food temperature before feeding.
- Always check the teat for signs of excessive wear by pulling the teat in all directions before each use especially when the child has teeth. Replace when sticky from use, visibly damaged or showing signs of tears or bites to avoid the danger of small parts being swallowed.
- For safety and hygiene purposes, replace the teat after 1-2 months use.
- Do not leave in direct sunlight or near a source of heat, or leave the teat in disinfectant ('sterilising solution') for longer than recommended, as this may weaken the teat.
- Never dip the teat in sweet substances or medicines.
