Softgel food supplement capsule with naturally derived vitamin D3 (Quali®-D) and highly bioavailable vitamin K2 (K2VITAL®) dissolved in MCT oil from coconut. VitaminK2 helps maintain normal bones.

How to use
Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. We recommend taking one capsule either with a meal, or immediately after.
