How to use

SUGGESTED USE: Add 40g (4 scoops) to 400ml of water & shake well! Consume 1-2 shakes per day. WHEN TO USE: Post workout: drink within 30 minutes of your session. Snack: drink between meals when you are hungry. HOW IT WORKS: Protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.
