CHOOSE CONSULTATION
No, the virtual consultation is a free service.
You will be speaking to a brand Beauty Expert from La Roche-Posay, Lancôme, L'Oréal Paris or Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, depending on the brand you choose.
Your Beauty Expert is exclusively trained in the brand that you choose to attend the consultation for. If you have questions about any other brand, we suggest visiting your local Boots store.
CHOOSE TIME SLOT
We are working with our brands to make as many time slots available as possible. If you cannot find a time that suits you, we suggest you visit your brand expert in your local Boots store.
ATTEND CONSULTATION
The consultation takes place on Microsoft Teams. When you book your consultation, you will receive an email with a link to join. Please check your junk folder if you have not received an email.
No, you can join the consultation via your regular device browser upon clicking on the link sent via email.
We recommend having your camera on to make the most out of your consultation. You will need to turn it on for shade matching or for our Beauty Expert to better understand your skin needs, but otherwise it’s optional.
If you already own products from your chosen brand and want to chat through your routine or apply alongside our Beauty Expert, it may be helpful to have them on hand.
It’s totally up to you. If you have any brand products and would like our Beauty Expert to demonstrate live application, or if you have selected a skin consultation, we recommend attending without makeup.
You will receive a link to cancel or reschedule upon booking your consultation. We ask that you do so at least 24H before the session.
