To sign up online, visit the Parenting Club section on the website.
You will be asked to sign in or register. Current customers that have previously registered with a Boots Advantage Card will need to sign in.
If you are new to Boots Advantage Card, you will need to sign up to the Boots Advantage Card scheme and join Parenting Club at the same time
Please make sure you’ve registered your details correctly online, and your account recognises you as a member of Parenting Club. If your account details are correct, please contact us on boots.customercare_team@boots.co.uk for further assistance. It can take two weeks for you to initially receive your welcome email from Parenting Club. If it’s been longer than two weeks, please contact us onboots.customercare_team@boots.co.uk.
To be eligible to receive the Parenting Club free gifts, you need to be part of the Boots Parenting Club and present the loaded app offer with your Boots Advantage Card at the till in store. Each gift is limited to one per customer. Specific free gifts are available at different milestones on your parenting journey and the app will show the specific gift that you can redeem at each stage.
The Parenting Club free gifts are available to collect from Boots Parenting Club stores only. Please check our full list of Parenting Club stores, stock is subject to availability. We have stores located throughout the UK & ROI.
Your free gifts are displayed on Parenting Club unit in store. Please collect your item from the unit and take to a Customer Advisor at a till in store.
You will need to be a member of Boots Advantage Card to join. If you are a Boots Advantage Card holder, simply sign into your account online and select 'my Advantage Card' from the 'My account' page, then select 'Parenting Club' which can be found under the 'clubs' section. You will be taken to the information page for the club where you can select the 'Join now' option. If you are not currently a Boots Advantage Card holder, you can find out more information and sign up here
If you no longer want to be a member of Parenting Club, you can either amend your details in your account on Boots.com or contact us on boots.customercare_team@boots.co.uk. Please note it can take up to 28 days to remove you from all mailings and communications.
Amend your details online following the below steps:
- Log in to your account and go to the 'Boots Advantage Card' section
- Click on to 'Parenting Club'
- Click on to 'Join Parenting Club'
- Visit the 'My preference' page
- Remove the tick from the 'Parenting Club' preference
- Click 'Confirm'
Please note: it can take up to three weeks for your information to be removed.
You can also still be part of the Parenting Club but unsubscribe to Parenting Club email communications, please see the footer of your Parenting Club email for instructions to unsubscribe from emails only. Once you have unsubscribed from Parenting Club emails, you will not be able to opt back into them.

- Click on 'Parenting Club'
- Select ‘I have children under 5 years old’
- Select ‘Number of children’
- Enter your child’s date of birth and name
- Click 'Confirm'

Yes, you can update your child’s date of birth on your Parenting Club account so you can receive correct offers and communications relevant to your child’s age. You can either amend your details in your account on Boots.com or contact us at boots.customercare_team@boots.co.uk.

To allow the Parenting Club free gifts to be set up on the Boots system they must have a retail price allocated, all gifts are set to a retail price of 1p.
The free gifts are only available to Parenting Club members with the loaded offer available on the Boots app. The offer is only redeemable when your Advantage Card is scanned at the in-store checkout.
