How to use
For optimal results, consume one serving of Pre-Workout 30 minutes before exercise by adding 1 scoop (17.5g) to 250-300ml of ice-cold water in a VOW Nutrition shaker, shaking well, and avoiding consumption after 8pm or exceeding one serving per day.
