Available in golden syrup or red berry flavour, our porridges are high in protein and fibre. With no perservatives, artificial flavours or colours, they are perfect whether you are on a diet or just looking for a healthy snack during the day. Try them with one of our meal replacement shakes or bars or top with fresh fruit to kick start your morning.

How to use

Simple and quick to make:

Empty the sachet into a bowl or a mug, pour on approximately 120ml of boiling water (depending on how you like your porridge), mix for 15 seconds then leave to stand for 2 minutes to thicken.
