1. Introduction
1.1. The competition is hosted by Boots UK Limited ("Boots"), in collaboration with Piccolo Foods Limited, and is open to all eligible participants who enter via the Boots App.
1.2. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over.
2.2. Employees of Boots, Piccolo, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1. To enter the competition, participants must: a. Purchase any two (2) Piccolo pouches from a Boots store or through the Boots App. b. Submit proof of purchase via the Boots App entry form.
3.2. Each valid purchase and submission qualifies as one (1) entry into the competition.
3.3. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry meets the entry requirements outlined in 3.1.
4. Competition Period
4.1. The competitioncloses on 17th July 2024.
4.2. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
5. Prize
5.1. The prize consists of £500 worth of Boots Advantage Points and one (1) year’s supply of Piccolo pouches.
5.2. The year’s supply of Piccolo pouches is equivalent to 365 pouches, delivered in monthly installments.
5.3. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
6.2. The winner will be notified via email or phone within fourteen (14) days of the competition closing date.
6.3. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being notified, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Boots reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. Data Protection and Publicity
7.1. Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
7.2. The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the competition which may include the use of their name and image in promotional material.
8. General
8.1. Boots reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time, without prior notice.
8.2. In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, the decision of Boots shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
8.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
