How to use Cialis® Together
Step 1
Swallow one tablet with a glass of water at least 30 minutes prior to sexual activity (not exceeding 1 tablet per day). The onset of effect will not be affected by food intake.
Step 2
Set the mood, as Cialis® Together results can be achieved only when sexual stimulation is present.
Cialis® Together works for up to 36 hours after taking one tablet.

Cialis® Together is an orally administered pill that contains 10mg of tadalafil. Cialis® Together tablets are a treatment for adult men who have erection problems (erectile dysfunction). This is when a man cannot get or keep an erection hard enough for satisfactory sexual activity. Cialis® Together tablets contain the active substance tadalafil. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood flow into your penis. It is important to know that you will not get an erection just by taking Cialis® Together tablets. This medicine works with your body’s natural function to get an erection only when you are sexually stimulated. It works for a duration of up to 36 hours.
No, you will not experience an erection just by consuming Cialis® Together tablets. This medication will only be effective when you are sexually stimulated for up to 36 hours. It does not take effect when there is no stimulation. After ejaculation your erection will subside as normal.
This medicine will help you get an erection only if you are sexually stimulated. You will need to engage in foreplay, just as you would if you were not taking a medicine for erectile dysfunction. Remember to relax and be patient. There is no rush. If you are not successful the first time, try to have sex again, but remember you should not take more than one tablet a day. For most men, Cialis® Together tablets will work the first or second time they try it. If it has been some time since you were able to get or keep an erection, it may take several attempts before you are able to achieve an erection.
If you feel the effect of Cialis® Together tablets is too strong or too weak, or if you have taken Cialis® Together tablets as directed and are still not able to get and keep an erection, talk to your GP.
You can initiate sexual intercourse from 30 minutes after taking Cialis® Together. You also have the option to take your time, as the medication’s effects can be effective for up to to 36 hours.

The use of Cialis® Together with other treatments for erectile dysfunction is not recommended.
Do not take amyl nitrite (also known as “poppers”) as recreational drugs, as the combination may lead to a dangerous fall in blood pressure. Avoid the use of Cialis® Together with other recreational drugs.
Grapefruit juice may affect how well Cialis® Together tablets will work and must be avoided.

Yes, in moderation. Excessive alcohol consumption can have a temporary negative impact on your ability to achieve and maintain an erection. To obtain the maximum benefit from your medication, it is recommended to avoid consuming large amounts of alcohol prior to engaging in sexual activity.
Cialis® Together medication is approved for use in men over 18 years of age who have erectile dysfunction (ED). You should go through a checklist with your pharmacist and discuss whether Cialis® Together is suitable for you.
Cialis® Together is now available for purchase at a Boots pharmacy without a prescription in Great Britain (not available in Northern Ireland). However, you will need to complete a checklist to share with the pharmacist that ensures Cialis® Together is suitable for your specific needs.
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although most men will not get them. These effects are normally mild to moderate in nature. If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Please see the leaflet for more information. If you experience any of the following side effects STOP using the medicine and SEEK medical help immediately:
- an allergic reaction: this occurs uncommonly. Symptoms include sudden wheeziness, difficulty breathing or dizziness, swelling of the eyelids, face, lips or throat, rashes
- chest pains: this occurs uncommonly. If this occurs before, during or after intercourse, get in a semi-sitting position and try to relax. DO NOT use nitrates to treat chest pain. Seek immediate medical help
- persistent and sometimes painful erection lasting longer than 4 hours: this occurs rarely
- a sudden decrease or loss of vision: this occurs rarely
- Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS) which is a rare, serious disorder of the skin causing flu-like symptoms and a painful rash that spreads and blisters
The other most common side effects include headache, back pain, muscle aches, pain in the arms and legs, facial flushing, nasal congestion, and indigestion.
