About Sanofi
Sanofi is an innovative global healthcare company, driven by one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. We recognise that eczema is much more than just a skin condition and with this in mind, we want to provide this questionnaire to help you understand and manage the impact on your life.
The questionnaire allows you to better understand the impact of your atopic eczema on several aspects of daily life, and your results can be the starting point for a discussion with a GP or Dermatologist about the best way to manage your eczema moving forward.
What can we offer?
The questionnaire is suitable for anyone aged 12 and over who suffers from atopic eczema (atopic dermatitis) and offers:
• 6 concise questions that provide a score to determine how largely your life is affected by eczema.

• If you score higher than 7, your atopic dermatitis is considered to be largely affecting your life.
Key benefits:
• Takes less than 2 minutes.
• Supports conversations you can have with a GP or Dermatologist.
