How much CBD do I take?
If you’re new to CBD, we recommend introducing it gradually and at a lower strength of 10mg per day and depending on how you respond to the dosage, you can consider increasing the measure as desired. The FSA (Food Standards Agency) recommends no more than 70mg per day for a healthy adult.
What is the most common method of taking CBD?
The most popular method of taking CBD is through CBD Oils. To allow the oils to fully absorb, place a few drops of concentrated CBD oil under your tongue and hold them there for around 60 seconds before swallowing.
