Boots Online Prescriptions service allows you to order repeat NHS prescriptions for yourself or on behalf of someone you care for, with their consent, through Boots Online Prescriptions.
If your GP is in England, use your NHS Login to select medication from your GP record. Or sign up to Boots Online Prescriptions through your Boots.com account to search for the item(s) you need. If you live in England, you have the choice to collect your medication at any Boots pharmacy or have it delivered for free.†
Patients in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales can collect it from their local store. We’ll let you know when your prescription is ready and remind you when it’s time for you to re-order.
This service is unsuitable for urgent prescriptions. If you need medication straight away, contact your GP, visit your local pharmacy or call NHS 111.

Boots Online Doctor helps take the hassle out of healthcare, providing a convenient way to access advice, treatment and home test kits online. No appointment is necessary and no face-to-face consultation is required. Clinical assessments are completed as part of the process to ensure the service is appropriate for you. The Boots Online Doctor clinical team is made up of doctors, pharmacists, independent prescribers and nurse prescribers. You can pick up your treatment at your local Boots store or they can be delivered to your door. Home test kits are simple to use and everything you need to return your test kit to our partner laboratory is provided.
